Announcing the first 25 startups of the Fifty Founders Battle

TechChill 2017

TechChill will host the Fifty Founders Battle, startup pitch competition showcasing the most promising and inspiring startups from the Baltics, Nordics and beyond. There is only a month left for startups to apply for the open call for the Fifty Founders Battle. Meanwhile, meet the first 25 teams to take part, recommended by our community partners.

The competition is hosted in partnership with Startup Wise Guys, the leading B2B, SaaS startup accelerator in Europe who manage the selection process and jury duties. The winner will receive 10 000 EUR, no equity and no strings attached. TechChill is reinventing the pitch battle format this year, giving 50 of the most promising startups all stage time on the first day. We have also reinvented the selection process, using the knowledge of local ecosystems provided by our community partners from all over Europe. The startup organizations had the opportunity to recommend teams from their respective countries, which then were reviewed by the Startup Wise Guys jury team, who selected the first teams based on the partners’ recommendations.

The next 25 teams will be selected by the jury from the open call for applicants. All seed and early stage startups are welcome to apply, with no country restrictions. Application deadline January 7, more information can be found here.

Meet the first 25 teams to take part in the Fifty Founders Battle! These seed and early-stage startups represent 8 countries and a diverse spectrum of fields from health to musictech. The startups will take the Founder stage during the event on February 8.
