The Minister for Economics of the Republic of Latvia Arvils Aseradens and General Director of the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) Andris Ozols will open the stage, offering their predictions on the future of the Latvian startup ecosystem and what it has to offer. Joined by the representatives from LIAA, Startin.lv and Startup Wise Guys, the panel will dive into topics about shaping the technology ecosystem, the rapid progress of Latvian startup environment, attracting financial support, overcoming professional failures.
On Thursday, February 8 Magnetic Latvia stage will host the most promising local and international founders and leaders from Fundwise, Nordigen, Sonarworks, Lightneer, Nordic Web, Tech Nordic Advocates, Iconic, Superhero Capital, Startup Sesame, Venturebeat un be-with. Magnetic Latvia stage will offer debates on the latest startup developments and trends, share inspirational stories and experiences on how to start your own business and ensure its development and competitiveness on a global scale. An overview of support possibilities for starting a successful business in Latvia will be covered.

Also on the second day of the conference Magnetic Latvia stage will gather experienced experts from different fields, to discuss attracting wise investment, international success and startup growth endorsement, successful self-presentation, conquering new markets, taking advantage of global opportunities, and the ever-increasing popularity of cryptocurrencies. The speakers will share their experience and (real-life?) lessons learned on the way to success. Among the experts will be representatives from internationally recognized companies such as Mintos, Revolut, EBRD Venture Capital, Launchhub Ventures, Hoxton Ventures, EDT Foundation, Nordic Business Angel Network, LIAA, 500 Startups, Blockchain Technologies Corporation, and Younoodle. During the day informative lectures will interchange with practical exercises with the goal of inspiring new business owners with useful advice, analytical presentations, and sharing the personal experience.
