First time in VEF cultural palace, 2018 edition hosted three different stages, each with a particular focus, but all having one thing in common — to inspire, encourage and embolden entrepreneurs for their next step forward. The common theme for the agenda - founders as superheroes: starting out with a mission, building teams, overcoming challenges and facing villains, both from outside and from within.

2018 was the year when TechChill grew to what you all know it to be today. All thanks to the powerhouse that was TechChill 2018 team lead by CEO Marija Ručevska and CMO Līva Pērkone, who are both now active board members of the TechChill Foundation. The conference moved to a much bigger venue, attendee numbers grew by 60%, startup and investor numbers more than doubled and the event was buzzing with international media representatives.

The conference gathered 1700 visitors from more than 46 countries across the world including 110 international investors, around 450 startup representatives, not to mention the over 10 000 viewers from 48 countries via the online live stream.
