TechChill 2021 agenda officially starts on May 7th with Baltic Tech Day as the main launch event for the ecosystem representatives from across the Baltics discussing the immense importance of the future of work. Local investment scene, the good and the bad practices, future of startup work culture and the current state of Baltic startup ecosystem.
Week 1: May 10- 14
Fifty Founders Bootcamp, taking place on May 10th, is another big one to follow, as this year the annual pitch competition will put its focus on FinTech, B2B, AI&ML, Sustainability, Hardware, IoT and Robotics fields. Each of the 50 most promising semi-finalists will have the opportunity to present their business ideas on TechChill’s virtual stage in front of over 200 investors and other attendees with a chance to win the main cash prize of 10 000 EUR. Who will be the next big startup success story? The truth will be revealed during TechChill’s grand finale on May 21st.
Student Challenge – A chance for students to get to know the startup ecosystem and get their hands dirty, organized by Raccoons, TechHub Riga and Riga City Council during the May 11th and May 13th. Which you might not want to miss either-even if your uni days are long gone now.
It would not be a tech event without an Investor’s Day which will take place on May 11th with networking event power by Practica Capital .
Angel Investor Training event powered by Amazon Web Services on May 12 – to dive into the practicalities of the investments. And to conclude the week – Community Round-up on May 14th? That will be a cool- beer empowered online networking event for the ecosystem players from across the Baltics and beyond.
And to conclude the week on a high note LMT Iot Hackaton , to dive into the play with smart devices – would it be for work efficiency, new business models, or chill – it will be up to the participants to discover.
Week 2: May 17-21
Moving on to Twino Fintech Talks as the most popular side-event gathering large crowds of fintech experts and enthusiasts. So, if the current trends and future of finances is something you are after too, look no further and book the evening of May 18th in advance. On the same day there is also the Karma Ventures Dealroom personalized matchmaking sessions for those passionate startups looking for generous investors to help turn their bright ideas into an actual business and scale globally.
Once we get closer to the closing agenda, Future Hub Demo Day by Swedbank on May 19th will be there to remind you – no idea is too big to create the future now.
And that will bring the event to the peak of content: May 19 join our interactive 10+ masterclasses. May 20 and 21 last two days of TechChill’s buzzing agenda: 15+ roundtables and 60+ speakers joining from around the world to share their view – are we past the point of no return?
